Mumbai Dabbawalas Ready to Share their Success Mantra in Dubai

I think every one knows about dabbawalas in Mumbai who are delivered lunch boxes to employees on time and to right person without getting any confusion from over the years.
They maintain the punctuality and manage the time to deliver the lunch boxes within the time. This is the success mantra of dabbawalas. Now they are ready to share their success mantra in Dubai.

Arvind Talekar is the spokesperson of Nutan Mumbai Tiffin Box Suppliers' Trust said that he attended the conference of Third GCC(Gulf Cooperation Council) Government Organisations Third and Fourth Line Leaders' Development which is organised by  Gulf Cooperation Council on the date of June 4 and 5.

He include all 5000 dabbawalas opinion in his speech at two days conference in Dubai and shares the success mantra of dabbawalas over the years. He mainly speaks about time management, accuracy and also supply management of dabbawalas of metro city Mumbai.

There also one other case study also held about the history of dabbawalas and their daily activities during the delivery of lunch boxes with accuracy and mainly focus on the aspect of  "On time delivery, Every time".

Each time they deliver lunch boxes with out any confusion and at the same time they deliver the boxes with perfection. This tells about their dedication on the work. This is also one reason for getting success in their work.

Some points about Dabbawalas History:

1. This service is started in 1880.

2. In 1968 it was registered as Mumbai Tiffin Box Supplier's Association and now runs in the name of The Nutan Mumbai Tiffin Box Suppliers Trust.

3. All the work is depend on the team work and time management with such dedication.

4. There is no way to occur mistake in the time of lunch box delivery.In 1998 Forbes Magazine found their reliability on six sigma standard that means dabbawalas makes a single mistake in six million lunch box deliveries.

5. As the per the generation they use technology also in their service for sending messages through mobiles for communicating purpose and conduct online polls in their website to receive feedback from customers.

This two day event mainly focus on the building strong relationships among the business,communities,professionals and government to expand the opportunities in the globalization.
