3.Since in-order to download your marks memo , you need to have your Roll number / Hall ticket number with you of your S.S.C / 10th standard and make sure you have the year entered correctly
4.Date of birth need to be accurate , so you should type the exact date of birth that is in accordance with S.S.C records .
5.And after downloading your marks memo , you need to have a PDF file reader inorder to access the file ( so Adobe reader is recommended )
Step 2 : Now enter the hall ticket number , Date of birth , Year of passing the examination , Stream of examination , and type the verification code displayed on the page
Step 3 : Once the details are correctly entered , click on the submit button . If all the details are correctly entered then the web browser will open a new tab with your marks Memo .

HOW ABOUT 1998 AND BEFORE PASSED OUT STUDENTS
I'm sure this online service makes things easier it helps lot of people,wanna appreciate the ssc board for this and i have noticed this facility applies only for people who have passed out 2004....and i'm a 2001 passed out student and i lost my 10th certificates too so if u can check in,it would be more helpful thank u :)
