Nota is a bilingual movie which was released in Telugu and Tamil languages at the same time. It is an Indian political thriller which is written and directed by Anand Shankar. The movie starring Vijay Devarakonda and Mehreen Pirzada in lead roles. This film was produced by K E Gnanavel under the production company of Green Studio. Music director Sam CS composed the film soundtrack. Editing works of the film by Raymond Derrick Crasta while Santhana Krishnan was handling the cinematography works. The film was released on 5th, October all over the world.

Vijay Devarakonda, who is a young actor in Tollywood film industry. He has given blockbuster movies with Arjun Reddy and Mahanati in recent times. In Arjun Reddy, he played a playboy role. But with this Nota film, he came with a politician role. After releasing trailer, a lot of hype was created in fans with his performance. Mehreen Pirzada who was played a female lead role in this political drama. For the first time, they both were sharing the silver screen. NOTA Movie Story:

The story is a political drama in which Vijay Devarakonda plays the role of CM. Varun’s (Deverakonda) father and Chief Minister Nassar all of a sudden decide that Varun should be the new CM as he faces some legal issues. Why Nassar wants to make Vijay as CM, who is Swamiji? What is his role is the rest of the story. The twist in the story is that he learns that his father ex-CM is behind many crimes in the state.

NOTA Movie Review:

Vijay Devarakonda performance is the main highlight of the film. However, Mehreen Pirzada is limited to few scenes. Nassar and Sathyaraj have done a good job and Yashika Aannand, Anastasia Maslova, Sanchana Natarajan, Priyadarshi Pullikonda and MS Bhaskar justified their roles.

Verdict:

NOTA is a political drama with no high moments. Overall a decent movie for this weekend.
