Recently, a popular Bollywood actress -Sonakshi Sinha got a rusted iron piece instead of headphones she had ordered. The megastar and the daughter of Shatrughan Sinha had paid for headphones from Bose, but what she got in a properly packed box was a rusted iron piece. She took it to Twitter to share the news and complain to Amazon. The actress wrote that even their customer service did not want to help with the concern which made the experience worse.

Amazon replied to the tweet apologising for the matter and requested her to share details on their website. The company assured that they will get in touch with the actress, shortly. Amazon, though, wasn't the only one who replied to the tweet for the concern; many people replied hilariously on the matter. One twitterati with the username @iHeartThoarb wrote, "Wonderfull..u hv shown the best example of no partially..u harras customer at the same level even being celebrity..excellent."
