The United States Administration Under its President Donald Trump has named Pakistan, China, Saudi Arabia and seven other nations in their Blacklist for violations of religious freedom. The concern the administration has expressed was regarding "systematic, ongoing and egregious violations of religious freedom" by those nations. Engaging in such activities or even tolerating the happenings of such will be considered and thus blacklisted based on severity.
The Entities of Particular Concern are listed as follows, al-Nusra Front, al-Qaeda, al-Shabab, Boko Haram, the ISIS, ISIS-Khorasan and the Taliban with few other, sub-groups. The dangerous organisations which pose a constant threat to the peace of the World are being thoroughly studied by the Trump Administration.
US Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, had this to say concerning the Blacklist measures. "On November 28, 2018, I designated Burma (Myanmar), China, Eritrea, Iran, North Korea, Pakistan, Sudan, Saudi Arabia, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan as Countries of Particular Concern under the International Religious Freedom Act of 1998 for having engaged in or tolerated 'systematic, ongoing and egregious violations of religious freedom',".
The secretary also states that he had put aside a few other countries like Comoros, Russia and Uzbekistan under a Special Watchlist for the same reason concerned. The countries which were listed have strived to improve themselves to get out of the hostile situation.
In an official statement made by State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert added, " In far too many places around the globe, people continue to be persecuted, unjustly prosecuted, or imprisoned for exercising their right to freedom of religion or belief ".
Having their International Religious Freedom Policy as a Top Priority, the Trump Administration had also made Travel Ban on certain potentially suspicious threats to peace. The oppressive measures putting Stereotypes in mind is widely criticised by protestors.
Pakistan who was put especially in a "Threat List" based on "severe religious freedom violations" did not like being cornered and blamed. "85 like-minded Governments partnered with 400 civil societies have come together to harness global attention and motivate forceful action to advance respect for the Human Right of Religious Freedom".
The combined efforts of all the organisations working for a better peaceful world should cautiously progress so as to not cause more disturbances and misunderstandings.
