A new viral video is seen circulating on a widespread basis in the social media. The video shows a woman being held by a man, surrounded by few other women in Burqa, and another man forcing her to admit she got converted to Islam with a knife. This video originates in Bangladesh, the script and the language needs translation. Promoted and circulated as a forceful conversion video, it is getting all the required shares and views.
It came into a news highlight when a man on Twitter tagged the news channel, Aaj Tak, this video clipping with a caption in Hindi which translates to, "It is being said that this video is from Sylhet where a Bangladeshi Hindu woman is being converted to Islam, where barring a few women, Hindu families have been cleansed".
From the Twitter platform, the video has garnered thousands of shares and it even spread to Facebook. The people who are sharing this video, most, are the ones who believe that this practice is true and is happening in the given country. About 2,500 likes and about 3,000 times shared, seems believable.

The 2-minute long video is seen where a man threatens the woman with a knife, and the whole conversation is in Bengali. In a certain point of time in the video, the woman is heard saying, "I am now converted to Islam from Hinduism", in Bengali.
The fact to be noted here is that this video is not of a forceful conversion one but an exorcism video. The woman was undergoing an exorcism when her family members claim that she had been supposedly attacked by a Hindu Jinn. Following which India Today has researched on Bangladeshi Hindu Jinn exorcism videos.
A Bangladeshi based Youtube channel has released a longer version of the same video with a caption, "This is the best video of exorcism. See how a Hindu Jinn is converted to Islam". Another news channel from the same country also share the same video but with a piece of different sensitive news, where there were instances of sexual molestation in the name of Exorcism.
The Twitter user who had initially posted this has deleted his post and put up an apology instead.
