The two biggest Indian cricketers of the current time -MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli are married and both had a love marriage with their respective wives. While MS Dhoni fell for Sakshi was not a known face to the fans of the cricketer, Virat fell for one of the most popular Bollywood actresses of the current time. Anushka Sharma had done an ad of anti-dandruff shampoo as the first project with Virat. Things went well and both were happily married, just like MS Dhoni and Sakshi. While Anushka was often trolled for ruining the concentration of his husband from the game, Sakshi never felt the need to be known by the public and made very less public appearances. In spite of these differences what we all are unaware of is the fact that the wives of these two legendary cricketers have been classmates.
Anushka's father Ajay Kumar Sharma has served in the Indian Army and the family had to move to cities a lot. When posted in Assam, the man took his family along with and Anushka joined St Mary's School, Margherita. Little did the future actress know that a lady with a similar fate was studying in the same school. Sakshi too was a student of the same school in Assam, and the fact was revealed none other than Anushka herself.
"Sakshi and I lived together in a very small town in Assam. When she told me where she lived, I said wow, I have lived here too! She said I went to this school, I said I went to this school too," Anushka remembered her conversation with Sakshi when they met years later unknown to the realisation they ever had met before.
"And then I found a picture in which Sakshi is dressed as a fairy and I'm dressed in a ghaghara like my favourite idol Madhuri. Sakshi is extremely funny," she continued.
