It has been more than a week and Indians have been mourning the loss at Pulwana. But, finally, India gave it back to Pakistanis who are responsible for the terrific act. Today's surgical air strikes on the camp at Balakot deep inside Pakistan is unprecedented because it is the first time Indian Air Force (IAF) has penetrated so deep into Pakistani territory in a peacetime operation.
IAF jets crossed the LoC (Line of Actual Control), the entire Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK), and then hit the target inside Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Finally, the Indian Air Force took revenge for Pulwama attack on 25th February 2019 morning. At around 3:30 today morning, 12 Mirage 2000 fighter jets of the Indian Air Force dropped 1,000 kg bom**bs on camps of the Jaish-e-Mohammed, Lashkar-e-Taiba and Hizbul Mujahideen.
Pakistan claimed that the "no infrastructure was hit" and tried to downplay the impact. "Indian aircrafts' intrusion across LOC in Muzaffarabad Sector within AJ&K was 3-4 miles. Under forced hasty withdrawal aircrafts released payload which had free fall in the open area.

With all this going on one side, United States President who earlier backed India post-Pakistan's Pulwama attack once again responded to India's Aerial strikes on Pakistan. Trump went asking Pak to take a ‘meaningful action’ against the terost groups in the country. The move by the US came after India ‘completely’ destroyed the main camp of Jaish across the Line of Control.

"We encourage India and Pakistan to exercise restraint, and avoid escalation at any cost," US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said in a statement today after speaking with the foreign ministers of both countries.
