Finally, the Indian Air Force took revenge for Pulwama attack on 25th February 2019 morning. At around 3:30 today morning, 12 Mirage 2000 fighter jets of the Indian Air Force dropped 1,000 kg bom**bs on camps of the Jaish-e-Mohammed, Lashkar-e-Taiba and Hizbul Mujahideen.
Pakistan claimed that the "no infrastructure was hit" and tried to downplay the impact. "Indian aircrafts' intrusion across LOC in Muzaffarabad Sector within AJ&K was 3-4 miles. Under forced hasty withdrawal aircrafts released payload which had free fall in the open area. No infrastructure got hit, no casualties," tweeted Major General Asif Ghafoor of the Inter-Services Public Relations. The Pakistan amry Major General Asif Ghafoor said that ‘Indian Air Force violated Line of Control. Pakistan Air Force immediately scrambled. Indian aircrafts gone back.’
Ghafoor also tweeted that, ‘Indian aircrafts intruded from Muzaffarabad sector. Facing timely and effective response from Pakistan Air Force released payload in haste while escaping which fell near Balakot.’
