Everyone has a dream of witnessing a rain of money or something like that which they show in movies. One such incident happened in real, in New Jersey, the USA on December 13. Brinks -a security company's armoured truck was carrying an enormous amount of cash money but had a malfunction of one of its doors. Therefore, a lot of cash was scattered out from the truck into the road.
The incident took place at around 8:30 a.m. in East Rutherford. People exited their cars to collect money that resulted in some road accidents as well. How much amount of money was collected from the ground is uncertain but the authorities have said that whoever has collected some cash, will be considered a thief.
Detective Mike Gianscaspro said on the matter, "It's theft of mislaid property. So we're not looking to charge anybody, we're just looking to get the money back to Brinks." Brinks in an interview with Eyewitness news claimed, "We can confirm that there was an incident with one of our trucks this morning, which we are investigating."

They have requested to call on 201-438-0165 in case anyone has a video or information on the incident. East Rutherford Police tweeted, "Approx 8:30am ERPD received calls of an armoured truck spilling cash along Rt 3 West, motorists exited vehicles attempting to remove cash causing multiple MV Crashes. Detectives are investigating. We ask any person with info or video of this incident, call ERPD 201-438-0165."
While the total cash Brinks lost is uncalculated, it might sum around $300,000 (2,14,80,000.00 Indian Rupee) which indeed is a massive amount.
