Deepika Padukone recently got married to Ranveer Singh on 14th November. Their wedding reception was attended by the most famous Bollywood celebrities like Shahrukh Khan, Karan Johar, Saif Ali Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, and Amitabh Bachchan. The glamorous event was studded with many known faces but Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.
Ranbir was in a relationship with Deepika for quite a time and their love story didn't end on a good note. The actor had cheated on her and had apologised as well. To quote him, "Yes, I have cheated, out of immaturity, out of inexperience, out of taking advantage of certain temptations, out of callousness. You realise it now when you grow up and you value it more why be in a relationship, why be committed to someone when you cannot be committed?"
Post their breakup both still were in a good relationship and have done projects together. Their movie Tamasha in one such project. Ranbir is now in a relationship with Alia Bhatt and the pair surely is the talk of the town. Many stars Deepika has had worked with have attended her wedding reception but Ranbir-Alia.
When asked why Ranbir did not attend the event, Deepika stated, "We’ve not spoken. I mean, we spoke before the reception but we have not spoken after. But, that’s him. I’m not surprised at all. But, that’s the relationship we share and that’s the beauty of that relationship; so much is said without saying much at all.”
The actress had previously tattooed RK on her nape. Previously when she was asked about her breakup, she said, "For me, sex is not just about physicality; there are emotions involved.
