Over the years, we've heard of unusual cases and accidents, and the reasons behind them turn out to be equally weird horrific. One such case has been witnessed in California, America on 12th December, Wednesday. A citizen roaming nearby heard some sounds of a man calling out for help and he could not stop approaching the empty Chinese food restaurant from where he thought sounds were produced from. Listening to the man's concern the other witnesses started looking out for the source.
When they found that the voice was coming from the roof of the restaurant, a ladder was quickly escalated to the rooftop. They found that a man was stuck in a passageway going from the roof to the inside of the restaurant. The man was very exhausted and could not move an inch from the position. Firefighters were immediately called and they took almost an hour to get the man safely out. He was covered in grease and oil when transported through an ambulance to a nearby hospital.
Though the man is hospitalised, he may suffer some jail time once he's out safe and physically fine. The investigation on how the man got there is going on and police will try taking his statement sometime soon. If it turns out to be true that he intended to enter without permission the restaurant which was not his property and was closed, this may turn the situation worse. Possibly he might be intending to steal some money or food from the food and got stuck for a worse condition.
The investigation, though, is not done yet and so nothing cannot be said confidently. Either way, sympathy goes to the man but it is no less of a fact that burglary is a serious crime and law treats everyone, the same. The fire department who saved the man also thanked the person who observed the depth of the incident and tried to find out more.
