Indian army lost a lot of heroes at the border, around and somewhere in the middle. Starting from the Uri attacks, there was no stone unturned by the mighty army in facing the enemies beyond the border. We can never thank them enough, no matter how much we talk, we would still run out of words, such is the work they do to protect us.
In a recent Pulwama incident, about 47 CRPF Jawans lost their lives. Our Indian Air Force took revenge for Pulwama attack on 25th February 2019 morning. However, there was a tragic incident took place.
Pakistan claimed that it shot down two Indian military aircraft over Pakistani air space and arrested two pilots. After about 2 hours of Indian Govt. confirmed this news. The video of the pilot who was missing was released by Pakistan Army.
The two Indian pilots remain under arrest by Pakistan. "My name is Wing Commander Abhinandan and my service number is 27981," the pilot says in a video statement.
"I am a flying pilot and my religion is Hindu," he continues. Upon probing for further information, the pilot refuses to speak saying, "I am sorry sir, that's all I am supposed to tell you."
Wing Commander Abhinandan then goes on to say, "May I request for a little information, sir? Am I with the Pakistani army?" Meanwhile, Pak Army has also released pictures of the pilot's confiscated documents and weapons:
Pakistani military spokesperson Major General Asif Ghafoor claimed that two IAF pilots were taken into their hands. One pilot is injured and has been shifted to a hospital, while another one is unhurt, the spokesman added.
