Swiggy Food Delivery app is outdoing itself, not only in those funky tweets and filmy responses it gives out. Nor in those fast delivery times and wide ranges of cuisines. But it is also outdoing itself in spoiling the appetite of the users and even scaring others to order again. The quality check it offers is quite flawed as there are many instances where the delivery from Swiggy ordered restaurants is shockingly dangerous.
A man named Balamurugan Deenadayalan from the city of Chennai has ordered a nice meal from Chops N Stix restaurant from the food delivery app Swiggy. He ordered the yummy Chicken Schezwan Chop Suey. The meal arrived, as usual, sealed and packed tightly.
Balamurugan started to have his meal and he was half-way through it. Just then, he found something that was not very appetising at all. He found a Used Bandaid in the meal, and he found it mid-way. it is someone else's wound and rotten blood in his food, in his mouth and gut.
The man was disgusted with this meal as it was light blood laded and just too gut-wrenching. He then tried to call the restaurant immediately as it was halfway through which he has found the Used Bandaid. There was no response to from the restaurant.
Balamurugan soon tried to chat his query through the Swiggy app and there was no response to his chat messages. The app gives us an option to call up the Swiggy executive ready to take the customer calls. But the man could not find that option for delivered food. He then decided to post these pictures of proof and his whole story on Swiggy's Facebook page.
Later Swiggy did respond to his queries and they have apologised to the man for this sickening experience. The food delivery app also notified the restaurant and it has been suspended of its services. The man had got himself tested at a hospital for any infections or contactual diseases. His health is alright..
